Here you will find the general booking conditions, services included and everything worth knowing for an unforgettable summer or winter holiday at our home in Fiè allo Sciliar.
Arrival & Departure
- Check in between 13:00 to 19:00 - other times are possible by appointment only
- Check out before 10:00
Payment
We accept cash, credit card and debit card.
Booking
Bookings are binding for us once you have received a written confirmation from our website and we have received a deposit. This deposit may be forfeited in cases of cancellation, late arrival or early departure.
Cancellation policy
When cancelling a booking, the following fees apply (see Art.7 of Terms and Conditions):
- Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
- For bookings cancelled between 30 to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the full booking price will be charged
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 60% of the booked stay will be charged
- In cases of no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

- Lounge area
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the building
- Outdoor swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September)
- Free private parking on site
- Free transport within South Tyrol with the South Tyrol Mobil Card
- Ski room with drying facilities for ski boots (accessible with room key-card)
- Drying room for mountain boots, mountain bikes etc. (accessible with room key-card)
- Shuttle bus service in winter from the town centre to the Alpe di Siusi cable car
Smoking
We are a non-smoking establishment. Please smoke outside (balcony).
