The Alpe di Siusi, the gateway to the Dolomites, is attractive for its skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and hiking potential. Europe's largest plateau is one of the most family-friendly ski areas in South Tyrol. With 60km of perfectly groomed slopes and 80km of cross-country ski trails for both classic and free style, the area offers winter fun for all ages.
Even for advanced skiers, the Alpe di Siusi, part of the famous Dolomiti Superski area, is the ideal starting point for the Sellaronda ski circuit and other day trips.
If you want to improve your technique or learn to ski, the "Schlern 3000" ski school will gladly provide you with a ski instructor.
The cable car to the Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or ski bus, which runs every half hour from Fiè to the valley station and back.
Highlights also include skating on the Lago di Fiè. Here you can enjoy the wonderful winter landscape on numerous snowy paths.
